  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Undergarments for hygiene reason
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items that are not in their original condition.

Refund Process 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If rejected due to non-compliance with the return policy, the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Exchange Policy 

  • We offer exchanges for sizing issues.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or a refund.

Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

No Cancellations
